Questions about love, ambition, growth, and life shape KiDi’s latest body of work, “Where Do We Go From Here.” The Ghanaian Afrobeats and Highlife star officially released the album on August 27, 2026, marking his third studio album and his first full-length project in five years.
Released through his Black Boy Joy imprint in partnership with Encore Recordings, the album contains 15 tracks and runs for about 39 minutes. KiDi draws from different personal experiences throughout the project, moving between emotional moments, relationship themes, and reflections on perseverance.
The album’s production also shows an evolving side of KiDi. He reportedly selected the final songs from around 40 recordings, creating a project that blends atmospheric Afrosounds with the catchy rhythms and melodies that have helped define his career.
Several prominent Ghanaian artists join him across the tracklist. Sarkodie features on “IDK,” Lasmid appears on “Signature,” AratheJay joins “Lonely,” while Kwesi Arthur contributes to “Crucified.”
