After a period away from the solo release circuit, Mayorkun makes his return with “Kaluba,” a fresh Afrobeats and Afropop record that marks his first official solo release of 2026.
The new track arrives after his previous 12-track album, Still The Mayor, as Mayorkun begins another chapter in his musical run. “Kaluba” gives him a fresh platform to showcase his melodic vocals and polished Afrobeats style.
Mayorkun has also remained active through collaborations. He recently appeared alongside Fola on “B4 B4,” the seventh track on Davido’s sixth studio album, adding his familiar vocal presence to the record.
