A prestigious, award-winning Nigerian singer, Mr P (P-Square), turns to faith on “Chukwu Mee,” a reflective record that centres on gratitude, prayer, and dependence on God.
The title, which draws from the Igbo language, gives the song a strong cultural and spiritual identity. Mr P uses the record to express appreciation for God’s presence while reflecting on the journey, challenges, and blessings that have shaped his life.
His vocal delivery remains measured and expressive, allowing the message to take centre stage. “Chukwu Mee” carries a devotional quality that makes it suited to moments of personal reflection, prayer, and gratitude.
The release adds a more spiritual dimension to Mr P’s catalogue, showing another side of the singer beyond his usual Afrobeats and pop-oriented material.
