The late Nollywood actor, Junior Odonwodo Pope has been confirmed dead after surviving a boat accident yesterday while returning from a movie location.
Junior Pope and three of his other colleagues were announced dead after their boat had overturned in the Anam river in Anambra state, however a few moments after the accident Pope was declared dead but was later said to be alive after resuscitation. But in a twist of events the actor was later confirmed to have been dead by doctors.
Film director Stanley Nwoke who had been with the actor through out the the accident confirmed that they had lost him based on doctors confirmations. He then took to instagram announcing the late actors death describing it as one that is painful and very sad.

EARLY LIFE: Pope was born on the 7 may 1984 in Bamenda, Cameron, he is the son of Mr and Mrs Luke Odonwodo who are from the Ukehe tribe in Enugu state located in the south Eastern part of the country.The actor spent his early years in cameron where he did both his primary and secondary education before relocating to Nigeria with his family.
EDUCATION: After his relocation back to Nigeria with his family, Junior Pope attended the Nigerian university in Nsukka, Enugu state, where he graduated with a degree i n accounting.
